    Position Overview

    We are looking for a motivated, entry-level Sales & Development Representative (SDR) (1 year experience) to help us grow our pipeline and connect decision-makers in high-impact sectors with our account management team. This is a foundational sales role with real growth potential into BDR, Account Development, or Marketing roles.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Qualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns

    Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn

    Research target industries and personalize outreach to key personas

    Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead conversion

    Log all activity and insights in Salesforce CRM

    Secure presentation appointments for Account Managers

    About You

    A natural communicator with a professional, confident presence on calls

    Organized, proactive, and goal-driven — you love a challenge

    Interest in tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, or digital marketing

    Early experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus

    Basic computer literacy; CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot) is helpful

    You prefer consultative selling over high-pressure tactics — and so do we
