You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. What we offer: • Hands-on, real-world training focused on sales, client conversations, and deal structure • Direct mentorship from top-performing loan officers who started exactly where you are • Great hourly pay while you train • Paid study time is built into your schedule • All NMLS licensing expenses covered (no out-of-pocket costs) • A clear path from trainee to a producing loan officer Your Schedule: Mon–Thurs: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Fri: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities: • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening • Pre-qualify leads before transferring to a licensed Loan Officer Qualifications: • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred (Phone, Car, Financial, Insurance, Fitness, Solar) • Candidates should feel comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in this role • A self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving six-figure goals, is necessary Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly + commission
