    We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. If you’ve got hustle, charisma, and a knack for building relationships, this is your chance to help more people discover why Limestone is Austin’s most trusted moving partner.

    What You’ll Do

    Prospect and qualify inbound/outbound leads through calls, emails, and social outreach.

    Be the first point of contact for potential customers, learning about their moving needs and creating a positive first impression.

    Work closely with our sales team to quote, communicate, and sell our services.

    Maintain accurate records in our CRM and track activity metrics.

    Collaborate with marketing to test new messaging and campaigns.

    Stay sharp on Limestone’s services, pricing, and value so you can confidently pitch to potential customers.

    What We’re Looking For

    1–2 years of experience in sales development (moving industry experience a plus, but not required).

    Strong communication and people skills—you love talking to and helping people.

    Self-motivated with the ability to hit and exceed activity/appointment goals.

    Organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    A team player who’s eager to grow within a scaling company.

    Someone who knows how to close with adeptness and without being too pushy.
