    Role Overview

    As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the engine of our growth. Your job is simple: create opportunities, smash targets, and fuel revenue. You'll be dialing, emailing, messaging, and pushing deals forward daily.     • Prospect Relentlessly: Email, LinkedIn, text, fill the calendar with meetings every day.
    • Generate Revenue Opportunities: Identify and qualify accounts that turn into real deals.
    • Build & Maintain Pipeline: Keep a nonstop flow of prospects moving through the funnel.
    • Engage & Close Decision-Makers: Pitch value, set meetings, and push business across the finish line.
    • Collaborate to Close: Partner with senior sales to land high-value accounts.
    • Smash Quotas: Exceed outreach, revenue, and performance goals every week, every month.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years in sales, business development, or outbound calling.
    • No direct experience? Bring drive, hunger, and a closer's mentality.
    • Strong phone presence and fearless communication skills.
    • Ability to manage relationships that translate into revenue.
    • Ultra-competitive, money-driven, and obsessed with success.
