    Our client is a well-established and growing provider of IT services, cybersecurity, and compliance solutions serving businesses across the Las Vegas metro and select markets in Tennessee. They have a compelling reputation, a dedicated sales team, and a clear need: someone who can generate qualified appointments so their closer can do what they do best. This is your seat at the table – and it opens the door to a long-term career in B2B tech sales.

    As an SDR, you will be the first voice prospects hear. Your mission is to connect with business decision-makers through outbound calling, qualify their needs, and hand off warm, confirmed appointments to our client’s sales team. You are not expected to close – you are expected to make sure the right people are in the room when it’s time to close. The deals follow.

    What You Will Do -

    • Execute outbound cold calls to prospective business clients in target markets.
    • Introduce IT, cybersecurity, and compliance services in a clear, confident, and compelling way.
    • Qualify prospects based on business size, pain points, and decision-making authority.
    • Schedule confirmed, qualified appointments – full prepped and ready for the sales team.
    • Maintain accurate call records, follow-up notes, and pipeline activity in the CRM.
    • Re-engage warm leads and nurture prospects who are quite ready.
    • Hit weekly and monthly appointment targets consistently.

    What We Are Looking For –

    • Prior experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, SDR, or inside sales roles.
    • Comfortable making cold calls – you do not take “no” personally.
    • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, confident phone presence.
    • Organized and detail-oriented with sold follow-through habits.
    • Familiar with CRM tools and basic call tracking/reporting.
    • Background or interest in IT, tech services, or B2B sales is a plus.
    • Self-starter who tracks their own activity and owns their results.
