    Are you a driven professional who enjoys meeting new people who can prospect new clients to help the business grow? You might be the ideal candidate for the position of sales development representative. As our next sales development representative, we need someone who can turn potential clients into qualified leads through strong persuasion skills. Our ideal applicant is a great dealmaker, enjoys talking to people on the phone and in person, and has previous experience in client service or sales. Responsibilities: • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events • Create and pursue high-value sales opportunities for our sales team to close • Communicate with sales leadership to reach team goals and improve operations • Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing individuals, and chatting with them at events • Generate sales opportunities and engage with prospective clients • Qualify leads by talking with prospective clients (NO COLD CALLS) • Record and store information in computer databases from gathering information and assessing needs • Scheduling Appointments in hopes of onboarding new clients • Overseeing the intake process • Following up with potential clients • Managing Mail, Scanning, faxing documents, and other admin duties Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of two years of experience as a Sales Development Representative • Current Experience in an SBR or SDR/ Sales Position • Previous experience in handling INTAKE via phone, email, or face-to-face • Excellent and professional phone voice • Excel experience required • Expertise in client engagement and assisting individuals in need of services • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to professional integrity and excellence in service delivery • Must reside in New Jersey within 40 minutes of Bergen County Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000
