Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and persistent Sales Development Representative to support business development efforts within our divisions. This role is heavily focused on outbound calling, prospecting, and lead generation, with the goal of identifying opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable with cold outreach, and motivated by relationship-building and results in a service-driven industry. This position also plays a key role in coordinating and scheduling meetings for Outside Sales Representatives, ensuring qualified opportunities are effectively transitioned to the field to support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
2 years of inside sales, tele-sales, or outbound prospecting experience
Proven comfort with cold calling and high-volume outreach
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling rejection
Organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
Professional and confident demeanor on the phone
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Comfortable working in a field-based industry
