We're looking for someone hungry, coachable, and ready to learn how real estate actually works—from the inside. At OWN Real Estate, we're a 20-agent team producing $200M+ annually across the Bay Area. We generate seller leads, recruit top agents, and pursue commercial opportunities. But leads don't convert themselves, and relationships don't build on autopilot. This role is your entry point into real estate. You'll work directly with our leadership team, managing pipelines, following up with prospects, and learning the business from people who've closed hundreds of transactions. The Role You'll own the top of our sales funnel across three core pipelines: • Seller Lead Management — Follow up with inbound seller inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule listing consultations for our agents. Track pipeline metrics and conversion rates. Learn how to identify motivated sellers and nurture long-term relationships. • Agent Recruiting — Reach out to potential agent recruits, schedule interviews, and manage candidate pipeline. Help evaluate fits and support the onboarding process. Build relationships with agents in the market. • Commercial Development — Research commercial opportunities, maintain relationships with property owners and developers, and coordinate introductions and meetings for our commercial team. You'll also support content production by coordinating interviews, gathering market data for video scripts, and helping manage our social media content calendar. What You'll Learn • How to qualify and convert real estate leads • Objection handling and consultative selling • CRM management and pipeline discipline • Market analysis and property evaluation basics • How successful agents actually build their business • Content creation and personal branding fundamentals This isn't cold calling from a script in a boiler room. You'll be having real conversations, building genuine relationships, and learning a skill set that translates to serious earning potential—whether you stay in this role, become an agent, or take these skills elsewhere.
