Your job is simple: answer the phone fast, qualify leads accurately, and book appointments that close. At Peak Sodding, every lead is sacred. We're the leading residential sod and artificial turf company in the Triangle area, and we need someone who thrives on the phones, hits daily targets, and takes pride in setting up our sales team for success. This isn't a slow-paced customer service role. It's fast, it's measured, and it rewards performance. You'll be the first voice clients hear, and the reason they show up ready to buy. If you're comfortable with call volume, energized by hitting quotas, and want upside bonus potential on top of your base pay, this is your role. Responsibilities: • Respond to all inbound leads within minutes. Speed to contact is critical • Qualify leads by confirming homeownership, service area, and project scope • Book 2+ qualified appointments per day for our sales team • Follow proven call scripts to ensure consistent, high-quality client interactions • Maintain accurate, detailed notes in our CRM (JobTread + Salesmate.io) for every lead • Confirm appointments and follow up with clients who haven't responded • Make outbound calls to re-engage older leads and no-shows • Hit daily and weekly KPIs for booking ratio, speed-to-lead, and appointment quality Qualifications: • 1+ years of phone-based experience: call center, inside sales, appointment setting, or similar • Proven ability to meet daily quotas or performance targets • Comfortable making 40–60+ calls per day without burnout • Strong verbal communication: clear, warm, and direct • Ability to follow scripts and processes consistently • Experience with CRM systems (we use JobTread + Salesmate.io. We'll train you) • Reliable availability during business hours, including Saturdays • Self-motivated and accountable. You don't need to be managed to perform Compensation: $39,940 - $52,440 yearly
