We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join as some of the very first members of our go-to-market team. This is an ideal role for someone eager to break into tech sales and grow their career at a fast-moving AI startup.

You’ll be on the front lines of our growth—building pipeline, introducing our product to prospective customers, and helping shape how businesses discover and experience our AI platform. You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders and the founding team, giving you a front-row seat to how a startup scales from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads through research, outreach, and discovery conversations.
• Craft personalized messaging via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to engage prospects.
• Learn how to identify key business challenges and articulate how our AI product can solve them.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to set qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Experiment with and refine sales development playbooks, messaging, and tools.
• Act as the voice of the customer—sharing insights and feedback with the sales, product, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Coachability – you take feedback seriously and use it to get better, faster.
• Hunger to learn – eager to master sales fundamentals and grow into future roles (AE, CSM, etc.).
• Curiosity about AI and technology – you don’t need to be an expert yet, but you should be excited about what’s possible.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A resilient and positive attitude—you see “no” as a step closer to “yes.”
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

(SDR or some sales experience preferred, 1 year+)
