    We’re building one of the most success driven and mission-aligned sales teams in the country. From the ground up, in Salt Lake City.

    We’re hiring full-time , in-person people who want a serious career in sales — not a “remote SDR role” with unlimited flexibility. You need to be a fast learner , resilient under pressure , and obsessed with growth. Our best reps show up early, ask for feedback, and figure things out quickly. We want top performers who want to be surrounded and learn what it takes to be the best in a competitive marketplace. If that sounds like you then this is a no brainer.     This job is intense but also rewarding. We expect 100+ client contacts a day , follow-up without ego, and the kind of energy that moves the leaderboard. If you want soft onboarding and a 3-month ramp — this isn’t it.

    Go to Market Associate (Property Management / Insurance)

    No prospecting, we set you up for success. Just, smile and dial! You'll make cold calls with the goal of scheduling demos between the decision maker on the other end of the phone and one of our Partnership Executives. If you crush your numbers you'll get promoted in as quickly as 3 months.

    Expectations

    • Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM (in person)
    • Saturday required for new hires and PEs

    Compensation

    • Base salary: $65,000-85,000 base
    • OTE (after bonus/commissions): $150,000+
    • We cover housing
    • PE promotion track in 3-6 months
