    Pure Water Technology is looking for a motivated, high-energy Inside Sales / Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated and wants to develop a long-term career in B2B sales

    What You’ll Do

    Make outbound calls to businesses throughout our territory

    Speak with decision-makers and identify potential opportunities

    Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team

    Navigate gatekeepers and confidently guide conversations

    Build rapport and create strong first impressions over the phone

    Introduce businesses to our water purification solutions

    Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication

    Track calls, notes, and opportunities in our CRM system

    What We’re Looking For

    Clear, confident communication skills

    Comfortable making 80–100+ outbound calls per day

    Strong listening and questioning skills

    Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented

    Comfortable asking for the appointment and handling rejection

    Basic computer skills (CRM, Outlook, etc.)

    Sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus

    Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed

    Compensation & Schedule

    Hourly base pay + uncapped commission

    Average first-year earnings: $50,000–$80,000+

    Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling

    Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    No nights or weekends
