    Summary of Position (Sales Development Representative)

    We are looking for a driven, engaging and proactive Sales Development Representative to serve as Docufree’s first point of contact for both inbound and outbound prospects. Your primary responsibility will be to support our sales and marketing team by qualifying new opportunities and driving them to the front of the sales funnel. This role is focused on exploring mutual fit, qualification criteria and setting our sales team up for success.
    A great SDR will have excellent communication and consultative skills as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales or relevant experiences that demonstrate the skill sets required to succeed in this position.

    • High acumen for and desire to learn sales
    • Excellent listening, verbal, written and research skills
    • Ability to confidently converse with business professionals
    • Ability to understand and successfully promote product offerings and solution sets
    • Desire to be creative, test solutions, measure results, and iterate on a process for continual improvement

     

    Primary Function

    • Qualify leads from inbound marketing efforts via phone and email
    • Identify customer requirements and expectations
    • Follow a clear, defined qualification process for sales opportunities
    • Schedule meetings and follow-up activities for the sales team
    • Research prospects, their companies, identify influencers and decision makers
    • Ensure data is accurately entered and managed within the CRM system
    • Mine the wealth of existing leads in the CRM system for new marketing campaigns
    • Work closely with sales and marketing on projects that help drive revenue growth
    • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people, capabilities, goals and application to specific client types
    • Provide weekly updates and forecasts on new prospects
