POSITION SUMMARY
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in generating new business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective users. You will serve as an initial point of contact for potential customers, build rapport, understand their needs, and schedule qualified appointments with Account Executives.

Consistently meet or exceed established outbound activity, lead qualification, and appointment-setting KPIs.
Identify, engage, and qualify prospective users through proactive outbound communication, including phone, email, text, and other approved outreach channels.
Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities by identifying prospects whose needs, interests, and financial goals align with the Company’s products.
Schedule qualified appointments with Account Executives and ensure each handoff includes accurate, relevant information to support an effective sales conversation.
Confirm scheduled appointments, reinforce prospect interest, and take appropriate steps to maximize appointment attendance rates.
Develop and nurture professional relationships with prospects through timely, engaging, and value-driven follow-up communication.
Support lead re-engagement initiatives by reconnecting with previously unresponsive, inactive, or unconverted prospects to identify renewed sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all prospect, lead, and customer interactions within the Company’s designated systems, including outreach activity, conversation notes, qualification details, and appointment status.
Remain punctual, prepared, and actively engaged in all scheduled meetings, training sessions, and Company events.
Maintain a strong understanding of the Company’s products, target users, sales process, promotions, and relevant industry information.
Ensure all communications are accurate, professional, compliant with applicable regulations and Company guidelines, and representative of the Company’s brand standards.
Adhere to all Company standard operating procedures, policies, and approved sales practices.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Prospecting and Lead Qualification: Strong ability to initiate outbound conversations, identify prospective users’ needs and interests, qualify opportunities accurately, and create a consistent pipeline of qualified appointments.
Results Orientation and Resilience: Highly motivated, competitive, and persistent, with the ability to meet or exceed performance goals while remaining confident and professional through objections, rejection, and high-volume outbound activity.
Organization, Accountability, and CRM Discipline: Strong time-management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize outreach, manage follow-up activities, maintain an organized pipeline, and document all interactions accurately within the Company’s designated systems.
Coachability, Adaptability, and Collaboration: Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement, with the ability to adjust communication strategies based on prospect needs and work effectively with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience. ( Required)
Experience in high-ticket sales. ( Required)
Experience conducting high-volume outbound outreach through phone, email, and SMS. ( Required)
Experience working within a setter-to-closer sales model. ( Preferred)
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. ( Preferred)
Experience or demonstrated knowledge of financial markets, trading, or fintech products. ( Preferred)
This is a U.S.-based W-2 position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. ( Required)
