Role Overview
Advysor is seeking experienced and motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support outbound prospecting and appointment setting efforts on a freelance, 1099 basis.
This role is strictly focused on booking qualified discovery meetings. All discovery calls are conducted, worked, and closed by an experienced Senior Sales Manager. SDRs are not responsible for closing, deal management, or post-discovery follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to targeted IPC accounts and contacts
- Set qualified discovery calls for Advysor's Senior Sales Manager (booked through scheduling links provided for)
- Utilize provided prospecting tools and platforms (e.g., Apollo or similar) to send email campaigns and log outbound cold calls
- Work from warm lead lists and active outbound campaigns already in place (cold calling, emailing, texting and LinkedIn combination utilization, or any other strategies the SDR finds helpful in current or previous roles)
- Accurately document prospect information and meeting context (template for qualification and note-gathering will be provided for)
- Maintain professional and timely communication with internal sales leadership on booked calls upcoming and any no-shows or reschedules for latter dates
Compensation Structure
- Uncapped earnings
- Flat commission paid per qualified discovery call completed (varies depending on service types - i.e. tax vs. accounting vs. fractional CFO services)
- Approximately 2% commission on ACV for all closed-won deals sourced by SDR (paid out in full the next month following received engagement letter signed)
- No base salary and no benefits (performance-based compensation only)

Qualifications
- U.S.-based contractor
- Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales professional
- Proficiency with outbound prospecting tools (Apollo or similar platforms)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience selling professional services, financial services, accounting, or advisory solutions
- Familiarity with topics such as outsourced accounting, tax services, finance, fractional CFO services, payroll, or related B2B services
