About The Company
The company is a Clifton, NJ-based MCA loan management software company revolutionizing how alternative lenders operate. They build the tools that power the MCA industry and now they're looking for a sales ace who can get in front of decision-makers, show them what we do, and close the deal.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the company. You'll demo our software, travel to trade shows, wine and dine prospects, and build long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue. You're out there making it happen with the personality and technical chops to back it up.
Responsibilities
- Sell the Platform : Conduct in-person and virtual demos of the company's loan management software to MCA funders, ISOs, and brokers.
 
- Build Relationships : Take clients out for dinners, drinks, and events. Maintain long-term partnerships and conduct consistent follow-up.
 
- Travel for Business : Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and client meetings to expand the company's presence.
 
- Close Deals : Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
 
- Collaborate Internally : Work closely with the company's team to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
 
- Hit Targets : Exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals in a high-growth environment.
 
Qualifications
- MCA Experience Preferred : Understanding of merchant cash advance operations, loan management workflows, or alternative lending is a huge plus.
 
- Software-Savvy : Comfortable learning and demoing complex software platforms. You don't need to be a developer, but you should speak the language.
 
- Salesperson Personality : Articulate, confident, and great with people. You're the type who can walk into a room and own it.
 
- Relationship Builder : You know how to nurture clients, create referral programs, and turn one deal into ten.
 
- Local to Clifton, NJ : This role requires regular in-office presence (flexible schedule) and the ability to meet clients locally.
 
- Hunter Mentality : You thrive on the chase and don't stop until the deal is closed.
 
- Proven Track Record : 1+ years in B2B sales, SaaS, fintech, or MCA-related industries preferred. Less experience? Show us you're a closer and we'll talk.
