Sell Quick Tampa is a real estate wholesaling company based in Tampa, FL. We find off-market properties, help motivated sellers move on quickly, and close deals fast. We're growing, and we need a driven Sales Development Representative to work our leads pipeline every day. This is a phone-heavy sales role. You'll be the first point of contact for motivated sellers — qualifying them, building rapport, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission on deals you help close, with strong on-target earnings for reps who perform. No real estate license required. If you've sold before — phones, cars, insurance, retail, door-to-door — you already have the foundation we're looking for. We'll train you on the rest. Responsibilities: • Call, text, and follow up with inbound and outbound seller leads on a daily basis • Qualify motivated sellers by asking the right questions and actively listening to their situation • Build rapport quickly and guide sellers toward next steps • Schedule appointments for the acquisitions team with qualified sellers • Log all activity and maintain an organized pipeline in our CRM • Meet daily call volume targets and weekly appointment goals • Communicate clearly with team members on deal status and lead quality Qualifications: • 1+ year of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or a phone-based role • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily — this doesn't intimidate you • Strong communicator who can build trust quickly over the phone • Self-motivated, organized, and coachable • Reliable with follow-through — you do what you say you'll do • Proficient with basic computer tasks and willing to learn our CRM Bonus qualifications (not required): • Experience with CRM software such as Podio, HubSpot, or Salesforce • Bilingual in English and Spanish Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000
