    Are you a people person who thrives on building relationships and identifying deals? We are looking for an Outbound Appointment Setter to join our dynamic Real Estate Wholesaling team! In this role, you will be a crucial point of contact for potential sellers, helping them navigate the selling process and ensuring seamless communication within the team. Note: The pay is hourly, and you do get commissions on closed deals. Responsibilities: • Engage with new leads in our CRM via calls and texts. • Build rapport and establish trust with potential sellers. • Qualify leads based on set criteria. • Guide sellers through the selling process. • Identify and seize deal opportunities. • Maintain clear communication and manage relationships with leads over time. Qualifications: • A confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people. • Resilient and capable of handling challenges. • Proven track record of success in past roles. • Honest and transparent in your work. • Adaptable and eager to learn new processes. Compensation: $6 - $8 hourly
