    As we continue to grow our client base, we’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in a role focused on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and lead conversion.

    This is a commission-only position with monthly quotas — perfect for someone with a hunter mentality, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to build trust and close deals. Whether you’ve worked in construction, real estate, or another relationship-driven sales field, if you’re a persuasive communicator who thrives on results, we want to hear from you.

    What You’ll Do:

    Conduct outbound sales outreach via phone, email, and social media

    Educate potential clients on Sordan Construction’s capabilities and service offerings

    Qualify leads, understand client needs, and communicate value propositions

    Set appointments and hand off or manage through the sales cycle

    Maintain accurate tracking of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM

    Meet or exceed weekly lead generation and conversion quotas

    Support business development strategy with feedback and market insights

    Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and integrity

    What We’re Looking For:

    Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal

    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with strong follow-up habits

    Comfortable using CRMs and digital communication tools (e.g., HubSpot, Slack, Calendly)

    Background in construction, architecture, design, or real estate a plus (but not required)

    Strong work ethic and commitment to quality — just like our builds
