Role Overview: As an SDR at Superior Homebuyers, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to sell their property. Your primary responsibilities will include cold calling, qualifying inbound leads, managing seller relationships, and setting appointments for our Account Executives. You’ll be expected to stay persistent in your outreach, keep meticulous notes in our CRM, and follow up consistently to turn interest into action. Responsibilities: • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective sellers daily • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and qualify leads • Follow up with leads over time through phone, text, and email • Set appointments for the Acquisitions/Account Executive team • Accurately input and manage lead information in our CRM • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs around calls, leads, and appointments • Collaborate closely with teammates and leadership to improve processes and outcomes Qualifications: • You’re competitive, self-motivated, and love a good challenge • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus • Clear communicator with strong phone presence and excellent interpersonal skills • Strong follow-up habits and a willingness to be persistent • Coachable, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow in a team setting • Real estate experience is helpful but not required Compensation: $60,000 Base + Upside Commission
