Sales Development Representative - HVAC Accelerator

$5,000/month base with on target earnings of $100-120K
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary focus will be booking qualified appointments, building strong relationships, and creating a positive first impression of our company.
This role requires persistence, organization, and a passion for connecting with people. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do
Make 200+ outbound calls daily and send 100+ text messages to engage prospective clients
Follow up on leads from inbound calls, eBook requests, and other sources
Qualify prospects, nurture relationships, and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in the CRM with detailed notes for handoff
Deliver daily end-of-day reports in Slack to your manager
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client experience
What Success Looks Like
Hitting daily call, text, and talk time targets
Booking qualified appointments consistently each week/month
Keeping CRM fully updated and organized
Building strong rapport and handling objections with confidence
Contributing to a positive, motivated team culture
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in sales or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong relationship-building skills
Highly organized and able to manage your own pipeline and schedule
A persistent, motivated, and goal-driven mindset
Comfort using CRM, text, and communication tools
