    $5,000/month base with on target earnings of $100-120K

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary focus will be booking qualified appointments, building strong relationships, and creating a positive first impression of our company.

    This role requires persistence, organization, and a passion for connecting with people. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a high-performing team.

    What You’ll Do

    • Make 200+ outbound calls daily and send 100+ text messages to engage prospective clients

    • Follow up on leads from inbound calls, eBook requests, and other sources

    • Qualify prospects, nurture relationships, and schedule meetings for the sales team

    • Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in the CRM with detailed notes for handoff

    • Deliver daily end-of-day reports in Slack to your manager

    • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client experience

    What Success Looks Like

    • Hitting daily call, text, and talk time targets

    • Booking qualified appointments consistently each week/month

    • Keeping CRM fully updated and organized

    • Building strong rapport and handling objections with confidence

    • Contributing to a positive, motivated team culture

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3–5 years of experience in sales or customer service

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong relationship-building skills

    • Highly organized and able to manage your own pipeline and schedule

    • A persistent, motivated, and goal-driven mindset

    • Comfort using CRM, text, and communication tools
