Responsibilities: • Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfied • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales • Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders • Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer’s individual needs • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals Qualifications: • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus • Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus • Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders Compensation: $49,000 - $77,500 yearly
