    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is eager to grow their career in a dynamic sales environment. You will focus on finding leads and building a sales funnel. There is a base salary as well as commission and bonuses based on the amount of activity you are able to generate.     Qualifications:

    Self-starter who looks for solutions and focuses on making forward progress.

    Excellent prospecting, communication, and follow-up skills.

    Passion for technology, particularly in barcoding and RFID, and an understanding of small to medium business needs.

    Comfortable selling to business owners across various markets by understanding their unique challenges and presenting proven solutions.

    Understanding of product positioning and the ability to differentiate our solutions from competitors.

    Excited about doing the challenging work and generating leads, including making cold calls via phone and email.

    Familiarity with manufacturing and warehousing environments is a plus.

    Experience in digital printing or RFID is a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    Drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads and establishing initial contact with potential customers.

    Identify target market verticals and create a sales funnel through effective prospecting and qualification of businesses and contacts.

    Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to engage potential customers and spark interest in our premium plastic, print, and RFID products.

    Qualify leads by conducting thorough needs assessments, understanding their pain points, and aligning our products/services to meet their specific requirements.

    Collaborate with the sales and management team to continuously refine and update our strategies and messaging, enhancing your success in lead generation.

    Document outreach and deal status through a sales CRM.

    Compensation includes uncapped commission and a scaling 5K performance bonus.
