You’ll be working warm inbound leads from our content, referrals, and events. Your job: build relationships, close deals, and represent WinRate at industry events and conferences. Average client value is $2,500+/month, so each deal you close makes a big impact on both your income and the lives of clients. Responsibilities: • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car Compensation: $42,000 + 5% Commission
