Wise Pelican is hiring a dedicated Sales Development Representative to serve as the first voice our prospective customers hear. In this high-volume, high-energy role, you'll contact warm inbound leads, qualify them through strategic conversations, and schedule demos or live-transfer them to our Account Executives. Your mission? Kickstart relationships each day that help real estate professionals build their career and clientele utilizing Wise Pelican.
This is a full time role with uncapped earning potential and a base of $45,000-$55,000 base with an OTE of $100,000. Our Sales roles are built with a promotional path for top performers to move up within Wise Pelican's Sales function.

This position is a full time position located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Make 300–500 outbound calls daily to inbound warm leads
Qualify leads using loosely structured scripts, active listening, and objection handling
Schedule product demos for Account Executives or transfer hot leads directly in real time
Maintain accurate contact records, statuses, and call notes in HubSpot
Monitor engagement from re-activated or stale leads and re-engage when appropriate
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize scripts and lead conversions

Hit and exceed your KPIs (demos booked, transfer rate, talk time, New MRR)
Provide script and outreach feedback that improves team conversion rates
Develop into a subject-matter expert on prospect objections and effective responses
Shadow Account Executives and begin preparing for promotional track
1+ year of phone-based or inside sales experience (SaaS or real estate a plus)
Energized by high-volume calling and direct outreach
Skilled in navigating conversations and qualifying prospects quickly
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM to track pipeline activity
Reliable, confident, and coachable. You're ready to learn and improve constantly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
You've hit (or beat!) calling or booking quotas in a similar high-volume SDR role
You have experience with HubSpot sequences, tasks, and deal pipelines
You can speak the language of real estate professionals with ease

Compensation : This role is currently benchmarked by industry standards and ranges from $45,000-$55,000 base salary with a $100,000 OTE and uncapped commissions. Offered compensation is based on merit and relevant qualifications.
