    Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 base + $25,000 OTE

    You’ll join a fast-growing creative agency, work directly with leadership, and build relationships with marketing decision-makers at exciting brands.

    This isn’t a script-reading, hand-raising SDR job. This is full-cycle pipeline development — inbound + outbound — in a team that values creativity, strategy, and execution.

    What You’ll Do:

    Own the pipeline:

    • Source and qualify leads across industries (outbound + inbound)
    • Manage inbound leads and convert interest into booked calls
    • Build and run targeted outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and other channels
    • Research prospects and craft personalized outreach

    Collaborate with leadership:

    • Work directly with our Head of Sales and the leadership team
    • Refine messaging, campaigns, and sales assets (Qwilr proposals, email sequences, etc.)

    Drive measurable results:

    • Hit weekly/monthly booking goals
    • Maintain clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot
    • Report on activity, conversions, and learnings

    What You Bring:

    Experience: 3–5+ years in a digital agency sales or SDR role

    Track record: Proven ability to hit pipeline + booking targets

    Outbound mindset: You’re comfortable sourcing your own leads and running campaigns

    Inbound experience: You know how to qualify and convert warm leads quickly

    Tools: Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Google Suite, Qwilr, and common sales tools

    Communication: Excellent writing, confident on calls, sharp with follow-ups

    Self-starter: You don’t wait to be told what to do — you go get it
