    Flossy is transforming the dental industry with Fiona , our cutting-edge AI dental receptionist that enables practices to never miss a patient call — day or night. We're on a mission to modernize how dental practices communicate with patients by automating and enhancing front office workflows.

    As an early member of the sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in introducing Fiona to dental offices and helping them understand how AI can increase patient satisfaction and unlock new growth.

    About the Role

    We're seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth. You'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and qualifying dental practices for Fiona — and scheduling high-quality demos for our Account Executives.

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect new leads through cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) and follow-up campaigns

    • Qualify inbound leads from conferences, events, and marketing campaigns

    • Book product demos for Account Executives and manage handoffs smoothly

    • Personalize outreach to office managers, practice owners, and DSO leadership

    • Maintain and update activity in HubSpot and outreach tools

    • Hit weekly targets for outreach, connections, and scheduled demos

    • Help refine sales messaging based on prospect feedback

    • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to identify high-potential audiences

    Requirements

    • 1–2 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience (preferably SaaS or dental tech)

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Self-starter with strong organization and follow-up discipline

    • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving startup environments

    • Strong attention to detail — you'll be the first impression for many prospects

    • Experience with HubSpot, Outreach, or Apollo a plus

    • Bonus: Experience selling into dental practices or DSOs
