As an early member of the sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in introducing Fiona to dental offices and helping them understand how AI can increase patient satisfaction and unlock new growth.
About the Role
We're seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth. You'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and qualifying dental practices for Fiona — and scheduling high-quality demos for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities
Prospect new leads through cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) and follow-up campaigns
Qualify inbound leads from conferences, events, and marketing campaigns
Book product demos for Account Executives and manage handoffs smoothly
Personalize outreach to office managers, practice owners, and DSO leadership
Maintain and update activity in HubSpot and outreach tools
Hit weekly targets for outreach, connections, and scheduled demos
Help refine sales messaging based on prospect feedback
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to identify high-potential audiences
Requirements
1–2 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience (preferably SaaS or dental tech)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with strong organization and follow-up discipline
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving startup environments
Strong attention to detail — you'll be the first impression for many prospects
Experience with HubSpot, Outreach, or Apollo a plus
Bonus: Experience selling into dental practices or DSOs
