    Role Summary:

    The Sales Development Specialist is responsible for driving new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients in the field. This role involves identifying and targeting new prospects and nurturing long-term relationships to expand the company's customer base. The Sales Development Specialist will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in targeting and securing new clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attend industry events or conferences to create a strong sales pipeline.

    · Conduct market analysis to identify and understand customer needs and tailor outreach efforts accordingly.

    · Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective organizations.

    · Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products or services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.

    · Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and action plans for new business development.

    · Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.

    · Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas by closing deals and converting leads into clients.

    · Track and report on progress toward sales goals, providing regular updates to management.

    · Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of sales messaging and strategies.

    · Attend industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and generate leads.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.

    · Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.

    · Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a field-based role.

    · Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
