About the SDR Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact with prospective customers. You'll introduce them to the company’s solutions, uncover needs, and set high-quality meetings for Account Executives. This is an entry point to a high-growth sales career in tech.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage prospective clients
Identify customer needs and pain points through effective discovery
Educate and qualify leads, setting up meetings for Account Executives
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting
Use CRM tools to track pipeline activity and report on performance metrics
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting goals

Requirements:
Full-time availability for the duration of the Residency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with remote collaboration and CRM tools
