    The Opportunity:

    We’re looking for a Sales Director who wants to help lead the way. This isn’t a corporate desk job — it’s a front-line leadership role with the freedom, resources, and intensity to build a best-in-class sales engine.

    You’ll work directly with the owners to turn vision into performance — bringing new ideas to life, coaching and developing our sales team, and refining systems that make excellence inevitable.

    What You’ll Do:

    Coach and develop a talented inside sales team — conducting 1:1s, leading workshops, and driving breakthroughs in our sales team's confidence, skill, and mindset.

    Partner directly with ownership to execute strategic initiatives, refine offers, and test new ideas in real time.

    Own the sales KPIs: close rates, FVP attach %, packing attach %, speed-to-lead, and team performance distribution.

    Lead workshops twice weekly and sales meetings — the anchors of our high-performance culture.

    Build and mentor leaders — developing Floor Managers and sales reps who can scale with us into new markets.

    Hire, develop, and retain talent that fits our culture of pride, precision, and drive.

    Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing to ensure that what’s promised is flawlessly delivered.

    Experience managing or directing high-volume inside sales teams strongly preferred (home services, call center, franchising, or multi-location environment ideal).

    Earning potential $90,000 - $125,000+ based on experience and fit.
