Position: Director of Sales – Security Guard & Patrol Services Location: California (Hybrid / On-Site as needed) Salary: Starting at $110,000 annually (negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the private security industry. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of contract-based sales in the security sector and a strong track record of developing and maintaining long-term B2B client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic sales initiatives to secure new contracts for security guard and patrol services
Develop and execute a high-impact sales plan tailored to our core service markets
Identify, engage, and close deals with property management firms, commercial centers, HOAs, construction sites, event coordinators, and government entities
Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects and deliver consistent performance targets
Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and business expos
Collaborate with internal operations to ensure seamless service transition and client onboarding
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (required)
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the security guard services industry
Demonstrated ability to close high-value contracts and achieve measurable sales growth
Strong understanding of California’s private security regulations and market landscape
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
Must provide a preliminary business development strategy outlining how they plan to generate new contracts within the first 90 days
