    Position Overview:

    We’re seeking a growth-focused sales leader to drive revenue expansion and lead a high-performing sales organization. This role is positioned within the industrial manufacturing and equipment sector, with a focus on B2B sales of technical products- particularly those related to packaging, dispensing, and sanitary systems.

    This role blends strategic vision with day-to-day execution, requiring someone who can think big while staying deeply involved in coaching and operations.

    The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and passionate about developing talent. This person will be instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategies, breaking into new verticals, and continuously raising the bar for performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and scale a successful sales team with clear goals, coaching, and performance management.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue through new markets, channels, and product lines.
    • Use CRM systems and data insights to guide decision-making and track sales metrics.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive leadership to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
    • Drive team accountability and build a culture of ownership, progress, and results.
    • Provide direct support on high-impact deals and strategic opportunities.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor moves to inform strategy.
    • Lead training sessions on product knowledge, selling techniques, and CRM utilization.
    • Partner closely with product teams to provide market feedback and support roadmap development.
    • Support broader messaging and promotional efforts across sales, marketing, and e-commerce.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B or industrial/technical product environments
    • Experience in equipment, packaging, or dispensing solutions is a plus
    • Demonstrated success in leading teams and growing revenue
    • Strong data orientation with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite)
    • Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire individuals at varying levels of experience
    • Strategic mindset with a bias for execution and hands-on involvement
    • Strong communicator with excellent organizational and presentation skills
