Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with brand goals.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and forecast future performance.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the outdoor furniture, camping, or home goods industry strongly preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
