Sales Director/Vice President - National

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The National Sales Director/Vice President will be responsible for Marpai sales growth. Applicants for this position must have strong existing relationships with targeted prospects, consultants, brokers and other centers of influence help grow the company. The Sales Director/Vice President will work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment working collaboratively with other departments and business partners requiring the ability to be adaptive, innovative and flexible with regards to our customers and clients.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Prospect for self-funded Plan Sponsors to sell Marpai services
Must have key existing broker distribution channel with relationships in multiple states
Exceed assigned sales targets set forth by organization
Provide effective field underwriting to minimize risk to organization
Complete necessary SalesForce.com reporting for forecasting
When possible, sell PBM services in addition to Marpai administrative solutions
Provide input and feedback to improve overall value proposition and service of the organization
Must have strong understanding of Stop Loss, RBP, and Traditional Self-Funding
WHAT DO YOU NEED:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively and accurately execute duties
Strong knowledge of self-funded market, with a proven track record of sales & underwriting and risk management for large Employers
Excellent knowledge of industry and trends within the market we are selling to
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail enabling efficient, effective and comprehensive solutions/resolution
Solid listening and consulting skills to be able to understand how Marpai can help Plan Sponsor
Flexibility in work schedule to meet demands of clients and colleagues as well as meet deadlines consistently
Strong knowledge understanding of broker and consultant channels and competitive market leading to success in those related channels
Minimum of 5 years of Sales in the large Employer health care space with carrier, consultant or TPA
Four-year college degree preferred or experience equivalent

This position will be a work at home position
Fast paced, dynamic work environment requiring the ability to be adaptive, innovative and flexible
In this role, expected to travel for client meeting, within territory, as required
Travel 50% of the time
Generous sales commissions based on gross margin
