Sales Director with Marketing Oversight

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record of leading sales teams to excel. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, excel at coaching and developing talent, and have a knack for optimizing marketing strategies to drive leads, this role is for you.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Train and coach a team of 5-8 in home sales representatives to maximize performance and adherence to our proven sales system. Team is currently at 6.
Handle hiring and firing of sales reps, prioritizing coachable candidates who demonstrate a drive for improvement and high closing rates while moving on from those who do not.
Optimize lead flows through bought leads and ads and help manage our Facebook and Google pages to boost views, organic traffic, and customer acquisition.
Master our highly proven sales system inside and out to effectively coach reps on sticking to it.
Conduct 1-2 weekly sales calls with the team to review progress and strategies.
Review sales reps' recorded conversations and use as a coaching tool.
Ensure compliance with policies such as starting appointments on time, attending all scheduled appointments, and communicating any absences to the office.
Drive improvements in demo rates and close rates to meet and exceed team goals.
Review all contracts for accuracy, appropriate pricing, and compliance; apply deductions to reps for misrepresentations or mispricing.
Focus on overall customer satisfaction to support bonus structures tied to performance metrics.
Calculate pay and bonuses for sales department employees
Compensation: Total compensation ranges from $60,000 to $120,000+ per year, with unlimited upside potential based on hitting demo/close rate goals, contract accuracy, pricing standards, customer satisfaction, and growing the sales portfolio.
