Job Description:
The Sales Enablement Specialist will work under the direction of the Sales Enablement Manager to develop and implement training, programs, and tools that enhance the productivity and performance of our sales team. The Sales Enablement team will equip our sellers with the right skills, knowledge, and tools to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
HubSpot Sales & Service Hub Mastery: Lead the comprehensive setup, administration, and optimization of HubSpot Sales Hub and Service Hub, ensuring seamless functionality, accurate data, and insightful reporting to drive sales performance.
Strategic Sales Content & Training: Develop, organize, and maintain high-impact sales enablement content, including playbooks and training materials, and deliver effective training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and efficiency.
Sales Process & Tool Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and improve our sales processes and tools, leveraging HubSpot and other tool capabilities to streamline workflows, identify areas for automation, and boost overall sales productivity.
Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Design and generate critical sales performance reports and dashboards within HubSpot, providing actionable insights to sales leadership and guiding strategic decision-making.
Project Management for Sales Initiatives: Own and manage key sales enablement projects from inception to completion, coordinating resources and ensuring successful implementation that directly supports our sales goals.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in sales enablement and HubSpot functionality, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Proficiency in Hubspot and internal sales tools
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience
Minimum of 3 years in a sales role
Training experience a plus
Familiarity with sales technologies and tools (ZoomInfo, RingCentral preferred)
Experience in Hubspot Sales Hub setup, adoption, and optimization
Must reside in the state of Texas (Austin area preferred)
Excel proficiency for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
