    Your Role

    As our Sales Enablement & Operations Lead, you’ll partner closely with our Head of Sales to bring structure and strategy to the revenue engine. If you love building systems, taming CRM chaos, and making sales teams more efficient, you’ll thrive here.

    You will:

    • Own day-to-day sales operations, CRM hygiene, and reporting (Salesforce)

    • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and workflows in Salesforce and Excel

    • Work hand-in-hand with Sales leadership to manage pipeline health, enforce accountability, and surface risk

    • Oversee quote-to-close processes and ensure key follow-ups never fall through the cracks

    • Track and report on sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics (including commissions/incentives)

    • Support onboarding and enablement of new reps

    • Act as a critical connector between sales, marketing, and finance

    Your Profile

    You’re a structured thinker who thrives behind the scenes making things run. People trust your reports, your processes, and your instincts.

    You bring:

    • 1–3 years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales Enablement

    • Strong Salesforce experience — reports, dashboards, and custom fields don’t scare you

    • Advanced Excel skills — VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, formulas are in your toolbox

    • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and reliable execution

    • The ability to move quickly without creating chaos — you know when to go fast and when to push back

    • Bonus points for experience with: incentive/commission plans, performance tracking, or RevOps tools (Outreach, Gong, Clari, etc.)
