    Are you an entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for growth, strategy, and impact? We're looking for a Sales Enablement & Growth Manager to help drive our next chapter of expansion at Eurofins BPT San Diego lab. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who wakes up every day energized by one question: "How do we grow this business?"

    What You'll Do

    Be the Growth Engine

    • Proactively identify potential clients across the U.S. that align with our service strengths (e.g., mRNA testing, Sterile Fill/Finish, Microbiology).
    • Develop strategies to turn market opportunities into actionable leads for the sales team.
    • Build a pipeline of high-value targets and collaborate with Business Development to convert them.

    Strengthen Our Local and National Presence

    • Champion our lab's presence in San Diego through brand-building, relationship development, and strategic marketing initiatives.
    • Work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure our BPT San Diego story is told clearly, consistently, and compellingly.

    Drive Pipeline Performance

    • Monitor and analyze our commercial pipeline, ensuring we have momentum behind every deal.
    • Flag bottlenecks, suggest interventions, and drive accountability across touchpoints.

    Refine Our Commercial Story

    • Regularly update and improve our client-facing materials and presentations.
    • Ensure every external touchpoint reflects a clear, compelling, differentiated value proposition.

    Be the Voice of the Client

    • Act as the internal advocate for clients, helping ensure lab leaders are aligned with commercial priorities.
    • Infuse customer needs and growth thinking into day-to-day lab conversations.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2–5 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales enablement, consulting, business development, or marketing—preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or a B2B technical industry.
    • Sharp analytical and strategic thinking skills with a "builder" mindset.
    • Exceptional written and visual communication abilities—you can craft a story and a slide deck.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
    • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and resourceful with a bias toward action.
    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure.
    • Passion for biotech, client service, and making a tangible impact.

    Additional Information

    Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Candidates within a commutable distance of San Diego, CA are encouraged to apply.
