This program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that starts on June 5th, 2023 and will end on August 11, 2023.
Location(s): This position will be a work-from-home role with the opportunity for short visits to our Aetna Headquarters located in Hartford, CT throughout the summer.

How does this business area of our Sales Enablement organization drive a consistent and influential voice for our customers? We are focused on promoting a distinguished sales and service team with winning assets and capabilities as well as powering efficient sales distribution operations.
What will you do?
As a business development intern within Aetna, a CVS Health company, you will help support the team with maintaining internal and external relationships to discuss pricing, operation of benefits plans, identify gaps in service, determine causes and develop solutions. You may also help develop and execute customer engagement strategy.
PAY RANGE
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.16
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
You should have:
Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Internship or work experience in related field such as business, healthcare, or sales
An interest in obtaining a full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation
An ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships
Time and workload management
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
EDUCATION
You must meet the follow qualifications:
Be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2023 and August 2024
