We are seeking a motivated Sales Engagement Specialist to support the front end of our sales process by engaging with prospective candidates or customers, qualifying interest, and scheduling next steps. This role is critical to building a strong sales pipeline through timely outreach, clear communication, and professional follow-up.
The Sales Engagement Specialist serves as an initial point of contact, helping ensure that interested individuals receive accurate information and a smooth, positive experience as they move forward in the process.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates or leads
Ask screening and qualifying questions to assess interest, availability, and fit
Provide a concise overview of the company, role, or services
Schedule interviews or sales appointments for qualified individuals
Send follow-up emails or messages to contacts who did not answer calls
Maintain accurate notes and status updates in CRM or tracking systems
Confirm appointments and manage reschedules as needed
Consistently follow up to support pipeline progression
Represent the company professionally in all communications
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new contacts
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to manage time effectively and meet outreach targets
Professional and confident phone presence
