Sales Engineer
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid Office Schedule – 2-3 days in office in Northwest Side of Chicago)
Position Type: Direct Hire – Permanent
Openings: 1 opening
Salary Range: $90-105K MAX
Bonus: Approx. $24K annual bonus ($6K per quarter)

Essential Job Functions:
The Sales Engineer will support Sales Account teams in selling Carrier Ethernet (MAN/WAN) and fiber-based solutions. This role involves preparing technical proposals, presentations, network topologies, technical specifications, and assisting in pricing development.

Ability to manage multiple complex projects and drive consensus
Analytical skills for solving technical and business issues
Proven experience working with Carrier, MNO, and Wholesale accounts
Desired experience includes:
Cable MSO experience
Building and executing technical solutions and sales strategies
Additional qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Layer 1 (Optical, HFC, WDM), Layer 2 & 3 (Switching, STP, VLAN, MPLS, Carrier Ethernet)
Wireless experience preferred
Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, Juniper JNCIA/ENT
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Cloud, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
