Meta Power Solutions, a leading provider of Transformers, LV switchboards, MV Switch Gear, Substation equipment, and electrical distribution in Lake Park, Florida, is seeking a talented and motivated Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving sales, providing technical expertise, and building strong customer relationships to support the growth and success of our organization. This job is on-site at our Palm Beach Gardens office location, M-F. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, providing expertise on company products and solutions to meet customer needs. • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions. • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training sessions for customers to showcase the features and benefits of our products. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their technical inquiries and providing post-sales support as needed. • Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for sales opportunities. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to inform sales strategies and product improvements. • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer visits to promote company products and generate sales leads. • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the sales management team. Qualifications: Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. • Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the power solutions industry. • MUST HAVE Experience in sales of Transformers, LV switch Boards, MV Switch Gear, Substation equipment, and electrical distribution • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites, trade shows, and conferences. • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and technical presentation tools.
