Responsibilities
Act as a trusted technical advisor for quarry, mine, and plant managers.
Manage and optimize crushing, screening, washing, wear parts, and process flow for customers.
Balance proactive sales growth with long-term customer performance.
Navigate outdoor, industrial, and safety-focused environments with approximately 50% regional travel.
Requirements
Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience (Mechanical or Mining preferred).
3–10 years of experience in the aggregates, mining, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
Strong technical comprehension of crushers, screens, conveyors, and material flow.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from operators to ownership.
