** Job Description**
As an Account Executive at Entech, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers and contractors. Your duties will include:
- Meeting with customers to understand their needs and evaluate requirements.
- Developing comprehensive scopes of work and proposals.
- Generating accurate estimates and successfully closing business deals.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

** REQUIREMENTS**
The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and self-sufficient
Minimum 4 years’ experience or technical training in Mechanical/HVAC systems with building automation and controls experience a plus
** REQUIRED SKILLS:**
Must have good communication skills and a personality for sales and networking. Basic knowledge of Commercial mechanical and HVAC systems 25-ton package units up to large 100-200 ton chillers. Although not required; leading candidates will have familiarity with Chiller
plant systems, Roof top units, mini-split systems, VFD, pumps, and control valves as well as reading mechanical / HVAC plans. Building Automation / HVAC Controls knowledge is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year plus Entech's sales commission program
