    The In-Home Sales Estimator is responsible for meeting with potential clients in their homes or businesses, assessing project needs, providing detailed and accurate painting estimates, and closing sales. This role blends technical knowledge of painting processes with excellent customer service and sales skills. We're looking for a driven and motivated area sales representative to join our fast-paced team. You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business to multiple properties while also developing relationships with existing clients. This position will also provide in-home estimates and quotes to customers on site - the means you need attention to detail and the ability to do light calculations for accurate estimates. You’ll need outstanding communication skills to sell and provide estimates to new customers in their homes. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins. Responsibilities: • Conduct on-site visits to residential properties to evaluate painting needs. • Accurately measure surfaces and calculate paint quantities, labor time, and project costs. • Create professional, detailed proposals that clearly outline the scope of work and pricing. • Educate clients on our services, products, paint types, and color consultation options. • Present and explain estimates, addressing any questions or concerns to build trust and close sales. • Follow up promptly with leads and maintain a high conversion rate from estimate to signed contract. • Enter estimates, customer information, and job details into the company’s CRM system. • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure projects are scheduled and executed according to client expectations. • Stay updated on industry trends, paint products, and competitive pricing. • This position is paid as base salary plus commission. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales, estimating, or project management—preferably in painting (not required), home improvement, or construction. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. • Proficiency in CRM software, estimating tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Ability to walk, stand, and climb ladders during site visits. • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. • This position is paid as base salary plus commission. Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000 yearly
