Our client, a trusted name in industrial services, is hiring a Sales Estimator to join their growing team. This role will focus on preparing accurate project bids and providing support for sales efforts in the construction and manufacturing space.

Responsibilities:

• Review blueprints, specifications, and proposals

• Develop and submit pricing estimates

• Collaborate with project managers and clients

• Track estimate-to-win ratios and make adjustments to pricing strategy

Requirements:

• 2+ years in estimating, preferably within industrial or construction environments

• Strong math and analytical skills

• Proficient in Excel and estimating software

• Collaborative and highly organized

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $65,000–$80,000

• Bonus Structure: Project-based incentives available
