    About the Role:

    • You will run appointments with warm leads - homeowners who are already interested and ready to have a conversation
    • You will conduct thorough in-home assessments, taking the time to understand the full scope of what the client needs
    • You will develop accurate, detailed estimates that reflect both the scope of work and the value we deliver
    • You will be responsible for self-generating a minimum of 3 qualified leads per month through relationships, referrals, and community presence
    • You will follow up with prospects in a timely and professional way, keeping the relationship warm through the decision process
    • You will document all activity accurately in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks
    • You will collaborate with production to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to project start
    • You will represent Smith Roofing & Remodeling with the kind of professionalism that turns one project into a lifetime relationship
    • You will communicate clearly with leadership about pipeline status, close rates, and what you need to be successful

    • A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly in a home environment
    • Strong attention to detail when it comes to measurements, scope of work, and client expectations
    • Proven ability to manage your own schedule, follow up consistently, and close without pressure
    • Experience in roofing, remodeling, construction, or related trades sales is a plus but not required
    • Comfort with technology - CRM tools, estimating software, mobile apps
    • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
    • A track record of doing what you say you will do - in sales and in life
    • A competitive spirit that is balanced by genuine care for the customer’s outcome
