Job Summary
We are searching for a Sales & Events Coordinator. This position is contract-to-hire, onsite in Las Vegas, NV 89109, and pays $24 to $26 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to assess trends, opportunities, and consumer behavior.
- Analyze and manage sales data to support reporting and strategy development.
- Develop innovative programs to boost ticket sales and audience engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events with high standards.
- Provide on-site event support including guest management and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with brand goals.
- Serve as a key contact for event clients, partners, and vendors.
- Maintain communication with Online Travel Agencies for accurate guest service.
- Handle guest inquiries related to ticketing, purchases, and refunds.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, event coordination, or related role in tourism, hospitality, or entertainment.
- Comfortable working with specific numbers and accurate data analysis.
- High proficiency in spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to identify upselling opportunities and convert inquiries into sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Capability to comprehend and articulate exhibition contents effectively.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
