    Empowering beem® Light Therapy Studio growth through events, partnerships, community engagement, and education.

    About the Role

    The Wellness Sales Associate & Event Lead is a dynamic brand ambassador for beem® Light Therapy Studio. This role focuses on event discovery, planning, and execution to drive new leads, engage prospective members, and educate the community on the holistic benefits of light therapy.     Core Responsibilities

    Event Discovery & Execution: Identify, plan, and execute B2B and community events to generate leads via in-person networking, phone, email, and text outreach.

    Event Participation: Host and attend pop-ups and events—including mornings, evenings, and weekends—to maximize studio exposure.

    Business Partnerships: Build relationships with local businesses to schedule collaborative wellness pop-ups and co-marketing initiatives.

    CRM & Data Management: Track leads, events, and sales data using the studio’s CRM (MindBody) for seamless follow-up.

    Community Engagement: Attend monthly Chamber of Commerce meetings and local networking events to uncover new growth opportunities.

    Sales Focus: Drive membership sales through event-based lead generation and in-studio support.

    Social Media Impact: Manage and grow the studio’s LinkedIn and Facebook presence with event updates and educational content.

    Daily Studio Operations

    Front-of-House (Customer Experience): Provide exceptional, "10-star" service. Greet guests, assist with inquiries, process membership sales, and oversee front desk operations.

    Back-of-House (Studio Cleanliness): Maintain a pristine facility. Turn over and sanitize sauna rooms (dusting, glass wiping, resetting contact points), clean restrooms/showers, and manage laundry, towel supplies, and daily trash removal.

    Qualifications & Skills

    A genuine passion for wellness, sales, and helping others.

    3+ years of direct B2C and B2B sales experience.

    Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency with CRM systems (MindBody preferred).

    Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
