    Hotel Lucine always has something special going on, rooftop yoga, a cool band in the courtyard by the pool on the roof overlooking the ocean or a special dinner in The Fancy. We're looking for a Sales Manager to enhance and coordinate the steady stream of events and group blocks coming through our doors. There are multiple areas to sell, 61 newly renovated guest rooms, and an amazing F&B team to bring events to life. Inbound leads are a and we are looking for someone to convert these leads and ramp up outbound efforts to our feeder markets as well. Hotel Lucine is a highly differentiated locale which should attract corporations that want a soulful experience, great cocktails, and real hospitality. This role can be 75% remote, with 25% on site to coordinate BEO meetings, occasional tours, and to stay connected to the team. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies that maintain high levels of occupancy and profitability through coordination with department managers • Boost revenue and increase new guest visits through strategic outbound sales efforts that may include phone solicitation to local professionals, corporations, and members of your personal network • Design a strategy to meet hotel financial goals, create marketing deliverables, and develop an annual sales forecast by analyzing market data • Organize meetings with department heads, report on sales activity for the previous and upcoming weeks, and produce a monthly expense report for all hotel sales-related expenses • Draft, modify, coordinate with onsite team, and implement BEO’s for every event • Work with the guest and Hotel Lucine’s on site team to accurately and timely close out charges for each event • Work with the guest and Hotel Lucine’s on site team to accurately and timely close out charges for each event Qualifications: • Must have relevant experience of 5+ years as a sales professional, preferably in the hospitality field • Knowledge of computer-based software such as Microsoft Word and Excel • We prefer someone with prior hospitality experience but is not required • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills • Proven track record of sales success in lead-generation and closing skills • Ability to negotiate and revise contracts Compensation: $60,000 base plus commission
